We are introducing a Walking Session on Wednesdays in our Sports Option. "Walking is natural mood elevator. It helps in promoting feelings of happiness and can ease mild depression. Walking gets you going, revs up your circulation and gives you the energy to get through the day".(from healthnwealth website).  We have beautiful natural surroundings so "Wednesday Walk" option will utilise our rich environment to get oxygen surging through us, our blood circulating and our souls restored enjoying the beauty of our surroundings.
